It’s almost like it’s a prerequisite when building content for Skyrim to include at least one glitch. Tundra homestead won’t take the golden claw if you’ve returned it to the trader in Riverwood. If the claw is marked as stolen, it won’t stay in the slot in the wall.

My husband will move there just fine, sadly the two kids won't. I am able to get them to live in Tundra Homestead and in the Whiterun Home. Anyone else have that issue? EDIT: Did some digging online and I saw that other people were having the same issues, so yea if you get the Goldenhills Plantation becareful because your kids may not move in there.

Tundra homestead doesn’t seem to act like a normal home so there are probably a few more steps. Thought of that, but there isn't an option in the conversations to get them to move. I had the best family there ever in one of my playthroughs but I think I adopted them AFTER marrying the spouse and putting him there.
