Competizione is purely GT3 Endurance racing. It does that well, but it will never be a suitable alternative to the multiclass modding platform that is the original Assetto Corsa. It's also worth noting that ACC is still very far into it's early access dev cycle. It's still not properly "released". 8. The critics were more impressed with the PS4 and Xbox One versions than the original AC though. For PlayStation 4, ACC scored 75%, with Xbox One scoring 71%. The fans though aren’t impressed anywhere near as much. PS4 came in at 5.4 and Xbox One at 4.8. So, going off the reviews, AC is the better titles, especially with what the fans think. A controller will allow you to play the game and thats about it. A wheel is the way to go. If you don't want to spend $200+, you should definatly get a Driving Force GT. You can get a new one of those on amazon for $130 and a used one for as low as $50. I recently sold mine for $65. Project Cars 2 VS Assetto Corsa Competizione VS Dirt Rally 2.0. For this summer I want to get one sim game that will occupy me. I do know that Dirt Rally is rally based but i also enjoy rally. I do however wish to get some online racing with the on track games. In all games, I will be getting the full version so including dlc's. ACC is great but the original Assetto Corsa will always be top of the list for me, unless you're looking for multiplayer. In which case grab ACC! Do have a look at iRacing, it's the right path for certain folks despite the price. If you want a large selection of cars tracks Assetto has an absolutely massive and active modding scene. Assetto Corsa and Assetto Corsa Competizione share the same routes in terms of the physics engine. They both have a range of similar features when comparing them on the surface level. The complexity in both is class-leading and are more than sufficient to feel as if you are driving a real car on a real track. YlYv. Forza Motorsport 7’s graphics are already impressive to say the least but still can’t quite compare to Assetto Corsa Competizione standard. ACC is more focused on allowing players to feel like they’re in a real race car rather than Forza Motorsport 7 that’s more of an Arcade open-world game. The sound effects are also much more The FFB can be very dependent on the tyre model, in terms of how abruptly the tyre loses grip and so on. The tyre models are very different between the two games. To me most AC tyres have a much more sudden grip drop off than in ACC, and I believe that is mostly what makes the FFB feel different between the two games. It's hard to get it wrong in ACC, the cars physically won't let you downshift if it'll do something destructive, so as long as you're not spamming it into a tight-but-fast corner, you'll be fine. #2. It’s got better textures and lighting, plus it has better weather effects too. But if you want to feel like driving in a sports car race, ACC should be your choice. Although F1 2021 has some great graphics, it doesn’t have proper night racing yet while ACC has Born from KUNOS Simulazioni's long-term experience in recreating top-grade driving simulations, Assetto Corsa Competizione allows you to feel the real atmosphere of the GT3 championship, competing against official drivers, teams, cars & circuits reproduced in-game with the highest level of accuracy ever achieved on console.
